Being tax season don't start until February 12 2021 if I get approved for a advance will I have to wait till then to get it

Or will I get it sooner than feb 12

Sorry you have to wait.  You don't get the Advance until AFTER your efile is Accepted by the IRS which won't be until Feb 12, 2021 this year.  This link explains it all and the amount you can get.  Read the whole page and the FAQs listed....
