Been a Turbotax user for years. Can you explain the ridiculous reason you're deducting another $40 from my refund just to deduct the fees I already agreed to.

This is the refund processing fee. In order to have your fees deducted from your refund, there is a fee.

You can avoid the fee, by paying for your return fees using a debit/credit card.
