Bank Screen when downloading additional state forms

Am trying to download additional state forms and when selecting "Get Another State", application saves infomation, then a blank screen pops up.  This screen never chnages to the purchase screen.  Please advise

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Also, make sure you have ran all updates. You can also try a different browser.
