AZ return from 2023 added to fed income for 2024

AZ return from 2023 added to fed income for 2024. Can i subtract from federal gross for state tax calculation?

No, Arizona uses the federal rule for reporting gross income and does not have a subtraction for the state income tax refund.  See Individual Income Tax Information.
