Auto update failed while downloading California State with error details: The job's cost transfer policy settings prevent the jobs from transferring at this time

During auto update, the federal update was fine while the California state update failed with Error [phone number removed]. Details: The job's cost transfer policy settings prevent the jobs from transferring at this time.  I can't find a way to download California state manually.  Anyone has encountered this?

You may need to perform a manual update instead. Here's an article to help you with a manual update.

Manual update is only available for federal and not for state. I uninstalled and reinstalled TurboTax and the problem is gone. I was able to download the latest update. Thank you.
