At top of TurboTax shows a refund due. but application shows no refund due, and does not account for the tax I paid when I filed.

Worked through amended return and adjusted all necessary info. Don't understand result.

Turbotax does not assume payments are made. so the payment made when you filed must be entered manually on the amended return. the payment gets entered on line 16 of 1040-X
