At the end of the tax thing it tells you what your refunds are both of mine say $0 but I am suppose to get $655 back from state so why does it say $0?

Please clarify your question by adding some additional information to help us provide a more helpful answer.  Are your taxes completed in TurboTax?  Can you look at your actual tax return to see what it says you are getting back?
