Are wages that are earned by a Choctaw Indian from working in a Choctaw Casino and Resort located on tribal land considered exempt tribal income?

What is considered "exempt tribal income," for Oklahoma state income tax.

Wages earned by a Choctaw Indian working in A Choctaw casino are subject to Federal taxes.

They are however exempt from Oklahoma state taxes.
