Are Veteran's Disability Payments reported on 1040?

First, thank you for your service.

No, VA disability payments are not reported on Form 1040. You do not need to add VA Disability benefits to your return.  

Disability benefits resulting from active service in the armed forces (regardless of country), NOAA, the Public Health Service, and the Foreign Service are not taxable except when the pension (or part of it) is based on years of service.

Assuming you mean VA disability payments.  No, those payment are not entered on a tax return.

Is the stipend payment taxed? No, the monthly stipend payment made to a Primary Family Caregiver is considered a non-taxable benefit, similar to Veteran disability payments.

No, you do not enter the stipend on a federal tax return, Form 1040.
