Are their any solutions to 529 mistaken duplicate disbursement?

I immediately repaid the duplicated amount, but both amounts obviously showed up on my Form 1099-Q.

One of the questions, in the 1099-Q interview, is did you roll over any of the money to another 529. Answer yes. Putting the money back counts as a rollover
