Are Special Needs Trusts exempt from NH Interest and dividends tax?

Unfortunately, no Special Needs Trusts are not exempt from the New Hampshire interest and dividends tax.

However, all trusts are exempt from the first $2,400 of income and there are additional exemptions for disabled individuals.
