Are my 2017 efile taxes keep getting rejected because I didn't work 2016, but I put in 0 for 2016 AGI

If you didn't file a 2016 tax return with the IRS, just tell us you didn’t file last year when we ask you. But if you’ve already entered a number for your AGI, manually enter 0 instead. Please see the following FAQ's on AGI and how to fix a rejected return:
