Are dual status alien eligible for the economic impact stimulus?

I am making the first year choice, so Im a dual status alien for 2019 (Non-resident Jan-Sep) and (resident alien Oct. -Dec) 2019. So Im a resident alien on the last day of 2019. Do I qualify for the stimulus check?
