Are all Florida W2s box 15 saying " State employer's state ID number" blank?

Box 15 on my W2 is empty. I live and work in Florida, where there is no state income tax. How do I move on in completely my tax form?

Leave boxes 15 thru 20 blank on the TurboTax W-2 since you live and work in Florida.  If the program continues to ask for a entry in box 15 then delete the W-2 and re-enter manually.

IF that is causing a problem for you, since FL has no personal income.

 

You leave boxes 15,16,17 entirely empty...no zero's...nuthin'...entirely blank

 

Those boxes (15&16) are only needed if you worked in a state with an income tax, and there were state taxes withheld in box 17
