Apart from W2, I have received form 1042s, income code 15. How should I include this form?

The 1042-S is Foreign Person's U.S. Source Income Subject to Withholding.

 

TurboTax does not directly support the filing of Form 1042-S. You will need to file a Form 1040-NR. See the information in the link below.
