anyone know how to change the turbotax assigned product?

did not order th deluxe live version and now all mod our information has been entered and we are not willing to pay $500 how do we switch product

You can upgrade or downgrade your TurboTax Product on the left sidebar.

 

  1. Log into TurboTax
  2. On the bottom of the left sidebar
  3. Click the down arrow next to Switch Products
  4. This will give the option to
  • Upgrade
  • Downgrade
  • Clear and start over
