Anyone else stuck in a loop where the efile option is not working and just keeps moving back a page? Any suggestions to fix it?
I have spoken with customer service and she stated they know it is a problem but then said it was the IRS and I would need to print and mail in my forms. Has anyone gotten Any real answers?

If you have not already done so, please try clearing your cache and deleting cookies; you may even try using a different browser altogether. If you are receiving a specific error messages please let us know and we will try to assist you further.

i am stuck with this same issue at the enter the bank account info. It will not let me through to the next page and efile

Are you receiving any error messages or is it just "moving back a page" as the op mentioned? @NakyMe2000.
