Anyone else having a problem entering their account number on the extension filing? It accepts my routing number but it's impossible to enter any account info

The Bank account number allowed  alpha , numeric  and  a dash. Maximum length of  17 characters. 

Type of account - checking or savings, Request payment date, phone numbers are also required.
