Anybody knows what to do to verify my identity to the irs if the online verification, phone verification, and in person visits aren’t happening?

Unfortunately the system wasn’t satisfied with my answers. I called the irs office and they recommended I stop in and bring them my Id. But since this whole pandemic mess started I haven’t been able to contact anyone at the irs yet alone get an appointment
