It depends. Try clearing your cache and cookies in your browser.

I ran into the same issue while entering IRA information into TurboTax Premier 2024. I have non-deductible contributions made years ago that I have been keeping track of in TurboTax. Clicking the Continue button when asked about non-deductible contributions doesn't do anything. How can we proceed?

I saw the comment about clearing the cache and cookies, but don't see how that is relevant here since TurboTax Premier is being used offline.

Yes you need to keep clicking in the Continue box.   Try clicking on the left side of the box.  You might have to click the number of IRA forms that  you entered.  See this thread

Thanks! Multiple clicking resolved the issue. I had to click eight times, which is the number of 1099s I entered for IRAs. It's as if it had to step through each one.

Thank you! It's crazy that we have to do that, but you've saved me a ton of time. I was starting to think that I'd never get it to proceed to the next step. I really appreciate you taking the time to give that answer!

For anyone finding this thread……..

Yes you need to keep clicking in the Continue box.  You have to click the number of times for the number of 1099R forms that you entered.

1/21/25 There is a new FAQ for this.  You can sign up for updates.
