Any idea what this code means for MN rejected return? "MN_M1DQC_DEPOTH_TY23"

This reject code is relative to claiming a dependent, most likely an Other Dependent.  If your return was rejected for that error, I suggest reviewing all of the information entered for the dependents.  MN uses the same criteria for claiming a dependent as the Federal Government.  Use this link to review IRS Rules for Claiming a Dependent.

To review a dependent in TurboTax:

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. Select My Info in the menu.
3. Select the dependent button if you need to add or review someone. Select the trash can icon next to the name of a dependent to remove them. We'll ask you to confirm before we take them off your return.
