Any downside for adding my name and phone number to colorado designee information?

Any downside for adding my name and phone number to colorado designee information? I help friend who is foreigner file tax return and I was wondering if there is any downside to adding my info?

They will contact you if there are any issues with the tax return.  It does not make you liable for the payments, just allows the taxing agency to speak with you on behalf of the person you are the designee for.
