Answering the health insurance question is no longer required. How do I skip this section?

I have done all of this and it still won't let me e-file, saying that my federal return has errors in the health insurance section.

The original answer was a year ago, and applied to 2016 tax returns.  It is required to answer for your 2017 tax returns.
