Another website snag

we encountered another issue upon setting up direct deposit. The slot that says routing number will only accept our account number. And the slot for account number will only accept the routing number. If we enter correctly it gives error messages. Any advice? Thanks

If you have TurboTax Online you can clear your cash and delete cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.
