Amending 2023 Fed and State returns. Completed Step 2 but when I click Continue it takes me back to the page listing the 3 steps and wants me to start Step 2 again.

Why won't it take me to the State form where I can print the amended return?

Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies; you may even try using a different browser altogether. Let us know if the issue persists.
