No, if you meet the requirements to be claimed as a dependent, even if you were not claimed, you do not meet the requirements to receive a Stimulus Payment.

Can I make any changes to receive the stimulus check? Or should I wait until next year to receive tax credit? How do I know if i am eligible for tax credit next year? If i still meet the requirements of dependent do I qualify for tax credit 2020? Thank you
