already-purchased Turbo Tax product (the 2024 version), it leads me to the download screen but only shows 2023 product available for download?

I already purchased 2024 Turbo Tax product. Trying to download but only shows 2023 product available for download.....HELP

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
