Already filed in March 2022

Already filed in March 2022; federal and state, got acceptance notices.  TurboTax keeps sending emails that I need to file.

You probably have more than one account--many people do.   The messages are generating from an account you did not use this year.  You know you filed, you know the IRS and state accepted your returns, so ignore the emails.
