Already file federal taxes. Received 1099-Misc form later with 263 amount as royalities. How to report this income to IRS?

You'll have to amend your return to add this form 1099-MISC.

Can I do it using Turbo tax free edition?

To report the form 1099-MISC, you'll need to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe.
