All my information just disappeared. Was online with help and they had me try a different browser and basic things, no luck. Anything else I should try? Not happy.

I would check and see if you might have multiple accounts with TurboTax. Your information may be safely stored in a secondary account. You can do so by logging out, and going to the recovery website below for a list of user ID's for any email addresses you may have used.
