The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2019 have been available since December 4, 2019 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

 

The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions for tax year 2019 have been available since mid-November 2019 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

 

Just go to the TurboTax website and click on Products & Pricing - https://turbotax.intuit.com/
