All Data Lost After Recent Update And Turbotax Is Now Starting Me At The Beginning Of The Interview Process

Can anyone help me? I am using TurboTax Premier 2023 Tax Software which I purchased from Amazon. I was nearly done with my federal taxes about two weeks ago -- just needed to review a few items I had bookmarked.  I saved my file upon exiting, as usual, but the next day, after an update occurred, all the data disappeared and TurboTax is now starting me at the very beginning of the interview process. And, to add insult to injury, when I tried to log in to my account from within the TurboTax software, it would just hang up and never complete the process. I WAS able to log in to this website, though.

Search your computer for your .tax2023 file.

 

An update would not delete your .tax2023 file.
