All but one 1099R showing. Big rollover 1099R is not showing.

I left my former employer 12/10/21. I have a copy of the 1099R rollover and the corresponding. When I ask TT to import the 1099R's it only imports two and not the big one. Since I have both forms, do I have to enter them via the add/edit button on the income section? It's a flat wash of rollover assets out and than in, but I just want to make sure I am reporting it right. Thanks, Bob

Bob you should manually enter them even though it is a wash.  It will make your reporting complete.

Here's how to enter your 1099-R in TurboTax:

  1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax and select Search.
  2. Enter 1099-r and select Jump to 1099-r.
  3. Answer Yes and continue to either import, upload, or manually enter your form.

Thank you. I added the 1099. Where do I add the 5498?

A Form 5498 is an informational form only and is not entered anywhere on a tax return.
