Why are my returns being rejected and the agi is fom 2020 tax return line 11

There is a good possibility that the IRS does not have your 2020 AGI in their database due to the backlog that the IRS has in processing the 2020 tax returns in a timely manner.

 

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.
