AGI

I have suffered a loss of all of my previous tax records (including my Turbo Tax files).  Since I am unable to determine my 2018 AGI, how can I file online using Turbo Tax?  I have tried to recover from the IRS my transcripts, but part of the process is to create an account.  Unfortunately, for some reason they cannot recognize my credit card number and they will not allow me to create an account.  Hence, I cannot acquire my transcript online from the IRS.  Can you provide me some assistance.

If you cannot access the 2018 AGI, then your only option is to print and mail the tax return.
