In the 2022 version of TurboTax, after importing the 1099-B, you get a screen where you can edit individual stocks and change the cost basis as appropriate. This year, all you get is a fixed screen when you click on update stocks, crypto... line

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
