After I submit my return electronically and it is accepted by the feds and state do I also need to send a printed copy when I send my voucher and payment?

No, you do not mail anything other then the payment voucher, Form 1040-V, and your check.

No, do not send in a copy of your returns with your payment. Just send in the payment voucher & your payment.

No. There should be enough information on the voucher for your payment to be properly linked to your tax return.
