After e-filing, I got a message that I need to mail in my return (?) but the screen cut out and now I can't find any info about which forms or where to mail them?

For some reason, I got a 8453 form this year, which is supposed to be sent to my home state but do I need to send the other state's return (where we have rental property income)?
