Affordable Care Act

My daughter was covered under a plan for our household under the marketplace but at the end of the year she does not qualify as a dependent and is filing her own return.  She did not receive her own 1095-A but her return is being rejected because she is not reporting this information that does not exist.  How do we report this on her return?

you need to report the 1095-A on your return and allocate policy items between your household and her. then she needs to report the 1095-A using the policy allocations for her from your 1095-A.  not sure if you have to file first.
