You would have to pay for Online separately. The Desktop program can do unlimited returns.
Why would you want to do that? If you have the download, you can e-file up to five federal returns and their related state returns, for various family members etc. Additional returns can be printed and filed by mail, for the cost of an envelope and a stamp. The online software is a separate program and you have to pay for EACH return you prepare using online.
With online TT, you pay for each federal return and pay an additional fee for each state return. It is more expensive to use online if you have multiple returns to prepare.

TurboTax online does not have a Premier edition, that is only available using the TurboTax desktop edition. The equivalent online edition is the Premium edition which is currently $129 with the state program an additional $64 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/premium/
And the Online version will only be open until Oct 15. And in the Online version there isn’t Premiere. They have Deluxe and now Premium. Similar sounding names.
Online Premium is $129 for federal and state is $64.
