A supervisor transported me at least a few times, a mixture of helping me get to work & get back home, however she also at least a personal stop or so for me in between.

What does IRS say about this as far as if I is required that I report and pay taxes on this, also if I need to report it, what is the proper way to figure out the FMV of all of this? And this happened at least in 2023 Tax Year.

You don’t have to report it.

There is nothing for you to report on the tax return.  You got a ride to and from your place of work.

There is nothing for you or your supervisor to enter on a tax return about that.   Your supervisor simply did you a favor.  There is nothing taxable about that for you nor is there anything deductible for your supervisor who gave you a ride to work.

@fellynbal   Why are you asking?  Did the employer put it on your W2 or 1099?
