A family member is claiming me as a dependent. With no validity. My return has been rejected twice since.

To get this corrected, you will need to print and mail your return in (the IRS will keep rejecting the return). Once the IRS receives your return it will process it and then pull the other person's return who is claiming you and then will ask for more information from both parties. Once that information has been received, the IRS will determine who is correct and honor that return and then correct the other return if necessary.
