9th year returning to Turbotax. I am concerned about the system. I can log in and get to the screen to start my taxes so when i click any of the options nothing loads

Please log completely out of TurboTax and try clearing your browser's cache.  A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:
