601ERRV:2, FilingHdr_6 - ?:? - Invalid Agency ID. Received '30'. Contains invalid characters

Hi, I am unable to eFile due to this error. Is there any way to fix this?

Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
The Intuit Electronic Filing System is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending. To ensure you have the latest version of TurboTax, wait 24 hours to update your program automatically. If you still can't transmit your return, go to www.support.turbotax.com for a solution or workaround. In some cases, you may need to file your return by mail. - 601ERRV:2, FilingHdr_6 - ?:? - Invalid Agency ID. Received '30'. Contains invalid characters

Add a US phone number for the Turbo Tax profile.  You need to click Intuit Account in the lower left of the Turbo Tax page and enter a U. S. phone number and then your password and save it.  I don't even think it needs to be a valid phone number because when you go to file the return, it gives you an option to get email updates and/or text messages.  Just make up a U. S. number if needed and don't check the box saying you want text messages and you should be able to get the taxes filed.

My daughter and Mother have been getting this same error all day long. I have double checked both returns and nothing is wrong with the returns.

If you're filing both federal and state, change state to 'e-file later', then e-file just federal. Then e-file state separately. My state has separate property tax form, and that one didn't go through, but I got both the federal and the state returns e-filed separately, so the error is in the property tax return form somehow.

Was able to efile federal return separately from state return.  Was successful by efiling federal return, and then the state return.  This was for a MN state return.

There is a property Tax return in addition to the state return, the MN property tax return still would not get e-filed. Agree with previous comment the issue is somehow with that form, have never been able to e-file that item before, was always an extra print and mail....

Would've been nice to know that a few hours ago TurboTax... but thankful another member pointed out the solution!!!

Next day wait did not work, but e-filed state and fed together, and did print for MN Property Tax. That worked, thanks to the community for figuring out what intuit could not.
