3853 irs health coverage if don't have health insurance certificate number. What do i put if don't have one. It wont allow me to move forward please help.

Do you need to report a marketplace health coverage on an IRS form 1095-A?

Or do you need a health insurance certificate from a state?  What state are you referring to?
