2nd year in a row (2022 and 2023 tax years) I've run into "transmission did not through due to server error" using TurboTax Live. . Last year (2022 tax year file) I had to solve myself by deleting Intuit shopping cart entries but not working this year.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Make sure you have ran all updates.
