2nd stimulus filing issue

Per IRS tax records I am owed the second payment. But it has not mailed out. I called IRS and they said because it was not mailed out for me and my bank account was closed that I would need to file the Recovery Rebate Credit. When filing with turbo tax it says I am owed $600 but the very next page contradicts that and stated “we have crunched all the numbers and you have received every dollar you were owed”. And shows the amount of  the first stimulus amount. So do I just disregard this or is something wrong?

If TurboTax is calculating the $600 credit, you would see it on line 30.

"Taxpayers that missed any stimulus payment they are entitled to can get that refunded as a Recovery Rebate Credit on the 2020 Tax Year return."

TO VIEW THE RECOVERY REBATE CREDIT:

Click   Tax Home

Click   Review   if necessary to get Tax Tools on the left side-bar

Click   Tax Tools   on the left side-bar (you may need to use the scroll bar for the left side-bar to see this)

Click   Tools   on the drop-down list

Click    View Tax Summary   on the Tools Center screen

When you do this,   Preview my 1040   appears on the left side-bar

Click   Preview my 1040   on the left side-bar

Scroll down and look at line 30 on the 1040 for your “Recovery rebate credit”
