2024 tax return: TurboTax Deluxe Windows version.
Why am I getting "Information Worksheet: Direct debit yes box should not be checked. Only electronically filed returned are eligible for direct debit."?
I have selected E-file for both Federal and State. I would like to use direct debit for state tax payment. I see that my bank information, etc. so not sure why I am getting this error.
How do I correct it?
