Am finding that I cannot edit the second page header of North Carolina's D-422 form as indicated by TurboTax's chatbot to correctly reflect the requested first ten characters of the last name. The "Form D422", when opened, does not have any space for any actual correction as it pulls directly from the user profile. When printed, "the form" renders exactly into the needed actual NC format. The rendering command (SOFTWARE) is pulling the first ten characters from the combined first name and middle initial rather than requested last name off the profile.
Glitch???... Any fix???...
