2024 Tax File Lost

I needed to amend my 2024 tax return.....went to Turbo tax....clicked on Turbo Tax amend file.....

 

All my tax return infomation was LOST or not there?    What happened?    How can i retrieve so I can amend

Are you sure that you logged in to the same account that you used to file your 2024 tax return?
